Personal 1:1 Coaching
We follow a tailor-made self-guided path, coaching clients through our process and helping them discover their true inner answers.
• Initially, we begin at the height of a client's main current life challenge.
• Focus specifically on today, not yesterday or tomorrow.
• We deep dive into client emotions by completing specific personality assessments.
• It is critical to help our clients identify what’s holding them back. (People forget they’re good.)

Our services are offered virtually as well as hosting in-person meetings. We are flexible in delivering the best possible interactions possible.
IMPLEMENTATION
The most effective results manifest when momentum is built and maintained. As such, we meet with clients weekly. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.
Clients are encouraged to identify a day and time to maintain consistency for the duration of the coaching experience.
